Personal Shopping Services

If you’re building or renovating your home, and plan to visit Bali to source your furniture, building materials, artwork, lighting, or garden décor, we’re here to help.

Sourcing Bali offers Personal Shopping Services tailored specifically to your needs, complete with an air-conditioned car, a trained driver, and a dedicated Account Manager to guide you through the best suppliers and manufacturers.

Our 8-hour trips introduce you to a wide range of suppliers; helping you find the perfect pieces. Please email us before your visit with any custom designs you’re looking for (excluding fashion, accessories, handicrafts, or gift items). Custom orders are always welcome.

Purchases & Orders

  • We charge a 15% service fee, This is for the management of your account, Placement of orders, monitoring production and reporting on progress.  Most importantly, upon completion of all orders, our QC team does a full QC inspection of all orders to ensure that everything is 100% correct.   We also send images to you for further peace of mind.
     
  • At the end of your Personal Shopping trip, we provide a detailed list of all items seen, including supplier details, colors, sizes, finishes, and pricing. You then use this list to make your final selections; email the list back to us, and we issue the invoice.   We request a 50% deposit at this time to commence production. 

Production & Payment

Production of most domestic orders is 4-6 weeks.   The balance payment is payable upon completion, prior to shipping.  Shipping is to PORT.

Shipping Services
We work with BAYUS CARGO, a trusted provider of professional packing and shipping services.

  • Shipments are calculated per cubic meter and charged in USD.
  • All shipments are by sea freight, unless otherwise requested.
  • BAYUS CARGO also offers customs brokerage services worldwide. Upon departure, we provide a summary of your purchases and the contact details of our customs agent in your country or region.

Additional Charges

  • Some countries impose GST/VAT and import duties on specific items.
  • Insurance is required for all shipments and is 2.5% of the invoice value.

How to Book
You can book your tour via email before your trip or call us to arrange a booking once you arrive in Bali.   Email us with your dates, your accommodation, and your wish list.
