Shipping Options

Air Freight:

  • The fastest but most expensive shipping method.

  • Charged per kilogram, based on volumetric weight.

  • Ideal for urgent and lightweight shipments.

Sea Freight:

  • The most economical option for transporting goods.

  • Available in two main categories:

LCL – Less than Container Load

  • Goods are packed into custom wooden crates for protection.

  • Multiple handling points: Loaded in Bali → Unloaded in Java → Reloaded in Singapore → Unloaded at final destination.

  • Higher risk for fragile items due to frequent handling.

  • Insurance is strongly recommended (charged at 2% of the total value). We recommend QBE Insurance and can arrange coverage for you.

Important for Australian Shipments:

  • Some items requiring special fumigation (e.g., Ethylene Oxide) cannot be sent as LCL.

  • Such shipments must be sent as FCL (Full Container Load).

FCL – Full Container Load

Available container sizes:

  • 20ft (30cbm)

  • 40ft (60cbm)

  • 40ft High Cube (70cbm)

Direct shipment: Loaded in Bali and unloaded at the final destination, minimizing handling.

Cost-effective: If your shipment is 13cbm or more, FCL is usually the cheaper option compared to LCL.

Customs Clearance & Local Handling

  • Through our partnership with BAYUS CARGO, we provide access to a global network of clearing agents.

  • These agents assist with customs clearance and, in some cases, door-to-door delivery.

  • All local handling charges are payable at the destination.
