For over 20 years, Desmond has been leading our journey. With his background in hospitality and his natural creative spirit, he helped shape Sourcing Bali into what it is today. From the very beginning, Desmond believed that design isn’t just about how something looks — it’s about how it makes you feel. It’s about creating something real, meaningful, and lasting.
Desmond has always had a deep respect for the craft and the people behind it. He spent years building strong relationships with local artisans, learning their skills, and listening to their stories. He brought together the best of Bali’s rich traditions with fresh, new ideas — making sure that every project we deliver feels special and true.
Today, as our Creative Director, Desmond continues to inspire us every single day. His passion, his kindness, and his incredible eye for detail guide everything we do. Whether he’s designing a custom furniture piece, working closely with a client, or simply sharing new ideas with our team, Desmond leads with heart.
