An Inside Story from Sourcing Bali: Crafting Elegance at Gili Eco Villas

There’s something truly special about seeing a vision come to life. Recently, Desmond James, Ririn, Wayan Sanjaya, and Komang visited Gili Eco Villas on beautiful Gili Trawangan to witness the final installation of their new room and bar—and it was one of those deeply rewarding moments.

Stepping into the finished space and seeing everything come together just as planned was a proud and satisfying experience. The handcrafted details, sustainable touches, and relaxed atmosphere reflected exactly what we had envisioned.

This project was a joy to work on. We partnered closely with local artisans to craft bespoke pieces that echo the island’s laid-back charm while supporting Gili Eco Villas’ ongoing commitment to sustainability. From the inviting seating to the statement bar, every element was chosen with intention to complement the villa’s natural aesthetic.

We’re incredibly proud of the result and honoured to have contributed to such a thoughtful transformation. Bringing a touch of Bali’s artisanal soul to this island gem is exactly why we do what we do.
