New Leadership, Fresh Vision: Sourcing Bali’s Exciting Evolution

At Sourcing Bali, we’ve always been dedicated to sourcing the finest handcrafted furniture and décor from across Indonesia. Now, as we enter a bold new chapter, we’re excited to announce a leadership shift designed to strengthen our vision and elevate what we offer to clients around the world.

We’re proud to welcome Ibu Ririn as our new General Manager. With over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, and hospitality management, she brings valuable expertise in business development, operations, and client relations. Her deep industry knowledge and eye for quality craftsmanship will help grow Sourcing Bali’s reach and refine our end-to-end service for interior designers, hoteliers, and homeowners alike.

At the same time, Desmond James, who has guided Sourcing Bali for many years, officially steps into the role of Creative Director. Desmond’s passion for design, ethical sourcing, and artisan craftsmanship continues to shape the heart of our brand.

This evolution marks a fresh phase for Sourcing Bali. While our core values—authenticity, craftsmanship, and sustainability—remain at the centre of everything we do, this revitalised leadership allows us to explore new possibilities, deepen our artisan network, and bring even more value to our global clients.
