It is my pleasure to once again bring you news of recent happenings at Sourcing Bali and updates about our suppliers and current projects.

Our new offices have been a great success, we're loving the new space.. our visitors love the open plan and the cool vibe that this 100 year old Joglo creates. We look forward to welcoming you.

In this edition of SB News, I share updates of VOMO after their extradinary facelift, news of new projects in Fiji, Canberra, France, Maldives, Bali and several private orders for personal home renovations.

Our website transformation is now complete - our new format is easier to navigate and includes posts from our active Facebook Pages. We welcome your comments on our new look.

Bali Dynasty Resort - Kuta, Bali

Sourcing Bali was asked by long-time client Bali Dynasty to redesign, supply and install their lower level cafe.

It was a wonderful opportunity to showcase our diversity and provide the resort with a new and fresh look for this space. The dark space below the lobby needed to be lightened up, but still maintain the look and feel of the tradtional setting. A 'Raffles-inspired' look was agreed upon and the crew set to work.

Removal of the existing old counters proved a challenge, but the new crew at Karya Kita were stellar in their ability to renovate the countertops and cabinets with a stylish white duco panelled front, complete with stylish polished granite tops.

The dining area was transformed into stylish lounge and cafe seating, with the tables and chairs being re-conditioned. A stunning merbau timber floor was added to enhance the elagance of the space. A not-so-nice fountain had to be kept, so we designed a hand painted tile transformation to this area and the results are stunning.

Additional decking and lighting completed the look, and the space is a great success. More importantly, it's increasing in sales and traffic. We thank Bali Dynasty for the opportunity to assist with this terrific project.

New Project - Vomo Island Resort - Fiji

In our last Newsletter, we mentioned this exciting project that we were working on. We are proud to say that the first phase of the renovation is completed, with further works still under way. The change to the guest villas is remarkable, and the feedback from guests (and staff) is wonderful.

Sourcing Bali provided assistance with design selections, production and logistics to have all furniture, fixtures, lighting and accessories for this resort.

VOMO is a well known, respected and favourite resort for many Australian and NZ families - we're were very proud to have been selected to assist with this wonderful transformation. We wish the resort a long and successful future.

New Website - Blue is the new Black !

We're proud to show off our new look website - we've chosen a stylish Blue for the background colours and logo.

The new site features direct links to current posts on facebook, plus give more emphasis to projects and as always, we continie to specialise in custom orders for hotels, resorts, private homes and businesses - most predominantly for furniture, artwork, building materials including stone, timber doors, gates etc.

TRopica Island Resort - Fiji

We're well underway with the planned renovation and expansion of Tropica island Resort Fiji. We've been working with owners Rob and Sue Cecconi for the last year to bring this gem to it's fullest potential.

Works are underway and we look forward to sharing news over the coming months of this exciting expansion for Rob and Sue.

We thank you for your great support and trust in Sourcing Bali and we look forward to seeing the wonderful results emerge.

We were recently asked to produce a custom-made chess set for a client in Singapore - this very funky design was hand crafted from teak, and extra care was taken to ensure that all elements of this unique design were followed.

The resulting board and peices were stunning and finished with contrasting colours. The client loves it... and so do we.. :-) very cute !
