Desmond James - Desmond is an English born Australian, who recently became an Indonesian Citizen. Desmond has lived in Asia since 1995. He has a 20 year background in hospitality working for some of the world's leading hotels. Desmond founded Sourcing Bali in 2000. desmond@sourcing-bali.com |

 Paul Darryl Barker - General Manager. Paul is no stranger to Sourcing Bali. He's been a long term customer and friend and is well known to all the crew. Ketut Suaba - Ketut has been a trusted friend, and driver of Desmond since 1998 and is a shareholder in the company. Ketut is married with three children. Ketut is responsible for banking, and administration.

 Pipin - Account Manager - Pipin has been with Sourcing Bali since 2004. She took 1 year off in 2012 and has recently returned to help develop a new division, handling local projects for refurbishments. We are very glad to welcome her back. He is always on the road visiting suppliers to inspect the production of each and every item that we order to ensure that it complies with the pre-established QC standards of construction, colour, size and finish. His attention to detail and concern for our customers is what helps Sourcing Bali to be successful. Wayan is married, with 1 son. |

 Putu - Putu is our assistant cook – helping to prepare more than 80 meals a day for the entire crew at Sourcing Bali and Rim Cargo. She is the wife of another Putu from the Sourcing Bali crew - they have 1 son |

Wayan Sanjaya - Account Manager and Director of PT Sourcing Bali. Wayan is responsible for the Personal Shopping Programmes and is a veteran of over 1000 shopping trips. Fluent in English, his local knowledge of where the best buys is invaluable. 
Sheny Chiang - Financial Controller - Sheny joined Sourcing Bali in 2002. Sheny jokes that she was born in East Timor because that was where the boat broke down ! Sheny was promoted to co-Director of the company (2006) Sheny is loved for her humour, her charm and her ability to tolerate her boss! 
Robert Sitanggang - Account Manager / co-Director- joined in August 2003 - Robert specialises in Furniture, building materials etc, and has assisted in many of our largest overseas luxury villa projects. Robert is married with four kids. 
Kresentia - Account Manager - Kresentia joined in Sourcing Bali in 2012. kres handles a diverse range of customers from various parts of the world. She is fast becoming skilled in homewares, furniture, accessories and art. 
Ray - Webmaster & photographer, He uploads many products on the web everyday. He receives lots of data from many suppliers, including pictures, prices, sizes, colors, etc. Ray is married with his one child. 
Komang - Executive Assistant - Sales - has been with Sourcing Bali since July 2003 - Komang assists Desmond and Pipin with larger projects - liaising with suppliers to ensure that everything is on time and as ordered.
Dedy Sulvarianto - Sales Coordinator - has been with Sourcing Bali since July 2006 - Dedy assist the Account Managers to prepare purchase orders and invoices and mantain a strict control on completion dates for orders. Dedy is married with 1 child. 
Iluh - Sales Coordinator - has been with Sourcing Bali since July 2005 - Iluh assist the Account Managers to prepare purchase orders and invoices and mantain a strict control on completion dates for orders. 
Putu - Internal auditor – checking all data entries, reconciling purchase orders and invoices and monitoring P&L - Putu was previously with Rim Cargo and was promoted in 2012 - 
Dwi - Sales Coordinator - join with sourcing Bali in January 2013- Dwi assist the Account Managers to prepare purchase orders and invoices and mantain a strict control on completion dates for orders. 
Bobby - Joined us in 2002. Bobby is a well known favourite driver among many of our clients. Bobby is married with 2 boys.
Leo - Joined us in 2004 , Leo is also driver for the company, providing a safe and valuable service to our customers. Leo is married with two children.
Made Suani - is our fabulous office girl. She helps out in the mornings making coffee for everyone and for clients when they visit. Made is also in charge of keeping the huge office clean... which she always does with a smile.
We also have a team of domestic helpers and partime accounting staff.. we look forward to making the introductions personally when you are next in Bali.
