Our company has long been recognised as one of the best sourcing companies in Bali for handling bespoke / customised order of Furniture, lighting and decorative peices.  This has become our specialty and it's also our passion.

From 'an idea to fruition'.... we assist our customers all along the way to bring design ideas to life and ensure that each and every order is meticulously checked for perfection.  Often, these designs involve several different factories and vendors, and it's our job to co-odinate with these vendors to ensure that all of the components come together.

It's a challenging task, but it's what we love to do most, seeing an idea of a design coming to life can be very exciting and it's one of the reasons why Sourcing Bali continues to be Bali's leading Sourcing and Buying agency for bespoke and customised designs.

Building or Renovating?

Sourcing your building materials, garden decor, feature doors, lighting as well as all your interior and exterior furniture from Bali makes LOADS of sense. 

Our Personal Shopping Services have been assisted thousands of customers from all over the world for the past 13 years - and we continue to provide this much needed, and very welcomed service to many customers. 

Our Personal Shopping Services take all the worry and all the hassle out of the buying process, leaving you with peace of mind, knowing that a professional crew like Sourcing Bali is looking after you and your orders.

Our services are available at US$95 per day - for 8 hours and include aircondtioned car, driver and dedicated Account Manager.  You may visit up to 15-20 suppliers a day, depending on your needs and energy - The Account Manager takes care of everything, including introductions to suppliers, translations, price negotiations, product selections, QC notes and all details from the meetings. 

We charge 15% on all items that need to be ordered and keep you updated on the progress whilst in production.  Most importantly, we check all details once the items are done to ensure that they are 100% correct before shipping.

DUA Lighting

We have been working very closely with this Bali Based lighting company for several of our most recent projects.

SLK - Certification for legalised timber

New regulations scheduled come into effect from Jan 1st 2014 have been postponed by the Ministry of Foresty and the Department of Trade as a result of systems not being in place / not ready in time.

The new regulation has been poorly executed and poorly communicated, plus the Government bodies are not yet equipped to handle the demand that these new regulations will place on exporters and shippers and thus took the decision to postpone its implementation until 2015.  I'll keep you updated as we learn more of these new rules.

Recent projects

The beautiful Anantara resort in the south of Bali, recently commissioned us to produce a spectacular peice of artwork for their reception. 

We were contacted by the resort's interior designer to ask if we could produce this unusual panel, and of course we were only too pleased to assist.  After a number of design reviews, the final creation was born.  Owners and guests love the result and it's become a wonderful centrepiece for the entire lobby.

Our final shipment has just departed for Switzerland where we were called on to assist KL based interior designers with the sourcing and procurement of a wide range of accessories, artwork and decorative peices for the public spaces of the newly completed The Chedi Andermatt

We look forward to sharing pics of the final installation but here's a preview of some of the exciting peices that we just shipped.

The last containers are scheduled to arrive in Zanzibar this week for the installation of the Blue Bay Resort.  This well established resort has just completed a total renovation of all of it's 74 guest rooms and public areas.  The shipments have all arrived safely and the installation is underway.  We look forward to sharing news of the completed project soon.
