customised orders

Our specialty is in assisting customers with customised orders of furniture - for commercial or personal use.  We use a number of specialised, selected suppliers to produce these customised pieces.  You'll be surprised at how incredibly affordable it can be.

Hospitality Essentials

Our range of hotel accessories continues to grow with each project we confirm.  Our customised design service means that hotel operators can be assured that their range of accessories is unqiue and tailor made for their property.  This individuality is what sets us (and our customers) apaert.

Our website is registration protected, so if you havent yet logged on, please feel free to do so, but you'll need to wait for approval before gaining direct access to our range of products. 

There are over 1500 products on line, and orders can be customised with qtys of 25 or more.

Our lastest range / newest designs include a range of white resin accessories - simple in design, elegant and understated.  We are always on the look out for new materials - trying to maintain a freshness to our collections.

Hospitality Essentials is a registered brand of Sourcing Bali, supplying distinctive accessories to the Hotel Industry - We proudly supply to mose leading intertnational hotels, but also to smaller, private and boutique hotels and resorts all over the world.

New Projects - Sourcing Bali

I'm proud to say that business has been strong, particularly with projects for private homes - our latest projects are in Bali, (Bukit Jimbaran),  Anguilla, Mexico, and USA and Australia.

Some of these projects can take months to complete, with customers ordering a wide range of items including building materials, garden decor, fencing, gates, indoor and outdoor furniture as well as floor coverings, window treatments, bathroom fixtures, sinks and baths. 

More and more customers are taking advantage of our very affordable inhouse design team (Bespoke) to assist them with space planning, colours, fabrics, as well as furniture designs and selections.   Many however are very comfortable to do the sourcing and designing themselves.

Galungan, Kuningan and Christmas - December 2010

This December will be an interesting one - we're celebrating both Hindu and Christian ceremonies in the same month, and this will invariably effect production.

Galungan is the celebration of the battle of good overcoming evil.  It is held every 210 days, and it is of most significance to the Balinese.  Galungan falls on Wednesday 8th December - all Hindu businesses will likely be closed from 6th-12th of December.  All of our Hindu staff will be on leave at that time.

Kuningan is celebrated 10 days after Galungan - falling on a Saturday - this will be a holiday for all Balinese Hindus.

Christmas - 25th December - is a public holiday in Bali. 

All of our Christian staff, they will be on vacation from 20th December, thru until the 3rd of January. 

Our offices will be closed over the following dates:

1/2 day Friday 24th
Saturday 25th
1/2 day Friday 31st
Saturday 1st Jan.

This means that we will have limited crew at RIM CARGO to handle any container loading - as most of our crew are HINDU - and only limited buying trips or personal shopping over the Christmas holiday period. 

If you have any plans to visit over this time, or are looking to place orders soon, please let us know asap so that we can help you to plan accordingly.

Bespoke - designs by Sourcing Bali

Bespoke continues to grow from strength to strength.  We are proud to have been appointed to design and supply a new restaurant and bar at Bali's Dynasty Resort.  This long established Kuta-based resort has recently undergone a major refusbishment of rooms and public spaces.  The poolside restaurant is the last to be re-done.

We presented our initial designs to the management of the resort and the design was immediately accepted.  The crew is now putting together the final details for the furniture designs, fabrics and finishes - the project will be installed in early 2011. 

Another new project for Bespoke is in the Bahamas - we've just been appointed to re-design an existing 4 bedroom home and create new designs for 3 new 3-bedroom guest villas, poolside and entertainment areas. It's an exciting prodect and we look forward to sharing news of it soon.

Our website for Bespoke is still under construction, we've been so busy with projects that we haven't been able to dedicate sufficient time to the site - we hope to have it up to speed by the end of the month.   Until then, if you have any questions about Bespoke - please let me know.

Fiji Direct - Consolidated shipments to Fiji

Sourcing Bali offers Bali's ONLY DIRECT consolidated freight service from Bali to Fiji.  We have been successfully operating this service for over 6 years and we continue to be the ONLY one. 

We can operate this service because of the large numebr fo Fiji-based clients that we have - often with as little as 0.5cbm per shipment.

Containers are loaded infrequently, and we do accept outside orders / shipments - you dont need to buy from Sourcing Bali to take advantage of this unique and very affordable service.

Our prices are low because WE LOAD the containers in BALI, not via any consolidators.  We load 'loose load' which means that the volumes are TRUE volumes and not increased because of crates (needed for regular consolidated services)

We load once, and unload once - whcih means that goods are safer, and they arrive faster than a regular consolidated service - which normally takes 2 weeks longer and ships via Auckland.

Prices for Fiji Direct consolidated services are US$235 per cbm for 1st and 2nd cbm and US$185 for subsequent cbm's - all in.

New Faces

We're proud to welcome some new faces to the Sourcing Bali / Rim Cargo family.

Fian joined as over three months ago as dedicated driver for Hospitality Essentials.  Due to an increase in sales crew, and an increase in orders for hotels, resorts and villas in Bali, Hospitality Essentials has many sales calls and many deliveries to make, and Fian is doing a great job.  Formally he was a driver for a Korean Travel Company.

Alma joined us over two months ago as a replacement for Puteri as Sales Executive for Hospitality Essentials.  Alma was formally with Ayana Resort in Jimbaran, and brings a wealth of knowledge of hotel operations.  (Alma is also married to one of our bespoke crew !)

Agung joined us in October as new Operations Manager for RIM CARGO.  Agung has over 15 years in freight and logistics and he has a great deal of experience to share with us.  Agung's important role is to allocate resources, trucks, drivers and warehouse space at Rim.  It's a high pressure job, but we're confident he'll do it well.

Wiwik is just days old - She joins us as Customer Service Manager / Branch Manager for Rim Cargo Oberoi sales office just this week.  She'll be working with Made to look after our very important customers at Rim Cargo / Oberoi branch.

We welcome all the new additions and we wish them every success, and a long and fruitful career with us.
