Sourcing Bali operates regular consolidated shipments to Maldives ; assisting importers with huge savings on LCL shipments (Less than Container load)

• orders must be a minimum of 0.5 cubic meters per consignee
• total consigned orders cannot exceed 21 tonne
• 2-10 consignees per shipment - all shipments in 20ft containers
• shipments are consigned to The Silver Company - customs brokers
• door to door delivery options are available - refer The Silver Company
• shipments to Male - every alternating month, subject to change
• cost per cubic metre US$215 per cbm - first 2 cbm, thereafter US$165 per cbm (subject to change)
• price excludes insurance - based on 2% of value of goods (We recommend QBE Insurance)
• price excludes customs clearance charges at destination - see below
• price excludes wooden crate (if applicable)
• Sourcing Bali reserves the right to cancel schedules in the event of too few consignees for that month
• cancellations will be notified in writing 15 days before the scheduled departure of the next container

MALDIVES Direct is a brand name (registered) of PT Sourcing Bali

All shipments are fumigated to Maldives Customs regulations.  All packing materials meet with international standards.  Sourcing Bali and RIM CARGO have an advanced standard of packing.  Each piece / furniture etc is indivually re-enforced and projected against any container movement / damage.

We recommend and use NORDIC - moisture absorbers in all shipments.

Maldives Customs Clearance - The Silver Company

Each consolidated shipment will be consigned to The Silver Company as the receiving agent in Maldives. 

All charges such as Devanning, Delivery Order, Agency Fee (customs formalities) Delivery Metro, Duties, taxes or Quarantine are charged to the consignee (Each customer)

Example of local charges (Maldives charges)  - BASED on ONE (1-2) cubic meter 

• Devanning: USD 25 per CBM (Minimum 2 CBM)
• Customs Documentation: USD 35 per BL
• Port THC: USD 6.80 per CBM (Minimum 1 CBM)
• Transport (within Male city limits): USD 18 per CBM (Minimum 2 CBM)
• Transport out Male’ Island could only be given provided once the exact name of the island for which customer intends to send goods as it varies island to island.
  
  Note : Above rates do not include Customs Duty.
